Unfortunately, once your order has been placed we are unable to cancel or make any amendments. However, if you would like to make an additional order in close succession, we may be able to combine your postage to bring down your postage costs. To organise this, contact us via our Support page.

Returns

We offer a free 14-day returns policy on all of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact support@stockbyjulie.co.uk with the email header “Returns”. Reimbursement will take place after the product has been received and inspected. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on returned products that are not in their original resalable condition; this includes tarnished or incorrect packaging, defacing, container damage, or products with broken seals. We endeavour to process all of our returns within 5- working days.
